A collective conversation between trusted voices reflecting on what it means to create, protect, and sustain Black space materially, politically, and spiritually. NorthStar is a BIPOC, queer-led community space under threat due to recent federal funding cuts. This conversation is part of our alternative July 4th weekend programming, an act of refusal that centers autonomy, connection, and care in a time of political and institutional abandonment.
