WATERS OF RESTORATION offers space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rest. Led by Stephany Mejia, LCSW, a licensed therapist and trauma informed sound healing practitioner, this sound bath is an invitation to activists, organizers, healers, caregivers, and others tending to collective care and change in their communities.

There are many ways to care for our communities, and this gathering makes room for them all. Whether you’re on the frontlines, supporting behind the scenes, caring for others, building community, advocating, educating, or simply holding a vision for a more just and liberated world, WATERS OF RESTORATION is grounded in an expansive understanding of what collective care can look like.

Free to attend + RSVP required. Bring a yoga mat + blanket.
